Connecting Strava
- What connecting does Talos reads your activities so runs you have already recorded appear in your training log automatically, and your paces stay current without you logging the same run twice.
- Who can see it Only you. Activity data read from Strava is shown to the athlete whose account it came from and is never displayed to other members, posted to the community feed, or shared with third parties.
- How to disconnect Settings, then Disconnect Strava. That revokes our access immediately and stops any further syncing. You can also revoke it from Strava at strava.com/settings/apps.
- Deleting your data Email us and we will delete your account and everything stored against it, including anything synced from Strava.
Common questions
- My plan does not fit the days I can train Change your training days in your programme settings and the plan rebuilds around them. It does not simply delete sessions.
- I picked up a niggle Tell Talos in the app. It works around the affected area rather than pausing your block.
- A session does not suit me Sessions can be moved to another day and exercises swapped for alternatives that train the same pattern.
- Billing, trials and cancelling Manage your subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
